ive got a Tshirt

that fits me well enough around the torso but the sleeves a a touch loose. Is there anything i can do to tighten them up?

tumble dry it.....my sons are always complaining the drier shrinks their stuff.

i go to the gym and my arms are about as big as they`re gonna get

Get some of them rubber things women use for extra boobage and stick them to your biceps. If it works i will share the patient with you and we can call them chicken Bi-ghs
