"Anyone got any tips for increasing energy levels? I'm not particularly overweight, I exercise regularly, I dont smoke, dont drink too much, have a reasonable diet and yet am always knackered. Anyone had good experiences with supplements or similar, or got any ideas? " See your gp and get your iron levels checked. | |||

" Ive never been a great sleeper, and actually went to my doctor about a month ago when i woke up choking on nothing in the middle of the night, to which he just shrugged it off and advised that "everyone does that". . | |||

" I went through a stage of that and waking up unable to breathe, v scary. However going to the gp about waking up choking isn't the same as going because you're tired all the time. | |||
