Yes - found a deep fried moth in the breakfast at a Toby Carvery once. Lost my appetite at that point!

Once found a hair in a bar of chocolate, I let the company know In sent out a huge box full of a variety of chocolate goodies mind you that was back in 1999 not too sure they'd be too generous now.
