When I'm not feeling great I tend to go with songs that have strong memories for me - so I end up playing a lot of Harry Chapin.

Oooohhh liking those choices

Don't have any real go to songs specifically, but if ever I need a lift putting on one of Madness' early albums usually puts a bit more of a spring in my step, or some bright and breezy ska generally.

One of my dogs absolutely loves Disney songs. We have a playlist for her for when we leave her alone for a few hours.
