I was brought up with the saying ' it's not a bargain unless you need it' however walking in to a well known supermarket this morning and on passing the clearance isle I see boxes and boxes (family size pack) of kettle crisps, their new signature duck flavour reduced from £2.39 to 29p and still within date until the 06/3/17.

Now I don't need these crisps but that offer was just too good to miss fs so I bought 20 packets

What bargains have you scored recently, did you need the item or was it like mine a impulsive buy?

I bought a king sized fluffy pink throw on Tuesday for all of £3.75 from the charity shop where I volunteer. It's impractical but entirely lovely.

Are you in the USA then March was a couple of months ago, but apart from that the crisps should be fine

Easy peasy, however that's just the sell by date they're foil wrapped so if stored correctly should last much longer.
