I seem to be nocturnal...anyone else have this problem?

If so, what do you do to fill your time?

I threw my ironing board away recently don't do it anymore and always hated it myself... but you could do some naked cleaning and I watch?

After leaving home this morning at 5:15 am I eventually got to my destination after 2 am. 4:30am now and I just got into bed. I do hope to get some sleep soon.

Eventually sleep will come if you allow it too. Stop looking at devices at least 1/2 hour before bed. If you wake up it's usually because you're too hot/ cold, need a wee / drink or worrying about something. Deal with all that and you should drift back off.

There are sleep meditation apps which are worth a listen to if you're struggling to drop off
