Does Viagra really work?

I've never had problems getting hard but have heard a lot of hype about Viagra. Does it just help you get hard or does it keep you hard so you can go longer?

The first episode of Skins was a guy waking up, scratching his head with a hangover. He walked to the bathroom to take a pee and pissed in his face. He ended up reliving by doing a handstand in the shower. He'd taken viagra, it's was pure comedy.

Read the medical literature for greater insight.

Few medicines will work for all people in the same way - if any ever could.

But it's for a condition that a lot of users don't have, so they're abusing it - potentially with consequences further down the road for them. Stick to when it's been prescribed for a medical need
