I adore the fact you clearly have a great bond and have such trust. I was scared to tell my mum anything about all aspects of my life as she was sooooo judgmental. You shouldn't just be proud of your daughter... you should be proud of you too xx | |||

Long time to go until I even have to think about it.
Wonder if it is a mum daughter thing? I don't think I'll have issues talking to her about anything but I'm not sure I'll want to know more than that  | |||

"My youngest daughter has just come out as having a girlfriend. They are only young teenagers but I'm so dam proud that she's had the balls to do this. It may well be just a fad, she's changed so much over the last 18 months. It's wonderful to see her finding her own place in life and growing up to be a beautiful young lady. I've suspected for a long time that she likes girls and I've always been open and honest with both my girls about sex. I've also always told them never to be ashamed of who they are. Give her another 5 years n she'll prob be on fab.
