I used to have a fear of heights but then i argued it was irrational as its not the height that will kill, its the sudden stop when you hit the ground.

Im not afraid of jelly fish, however its peeing on it after to stop the stinging Thats the bigger worry...public indecency ect ect

Liverpool and Ireland

I have a serious phobia of Wind Turbines and Cranes.

Most people find this hilarious and my father in law used to trick me all the time when we'd be travelling anywhere into spotting them but I will have huge panic attacks to the point I can't breathe, feel like I'm having a heart attack or about to die. It's horrible.

It's the height of them... they remind me of the things in War of The Worlds. The blades. The length.

I'm struggling typing about them.

That storm was the catalyst for my fear. What made this worse was the storm when the actor Gordon Kaye suffered severe head injuries. Rather bizarre to focus on Gordon Kaye I know, but when we have bad winds I am terrified and can't go near windows.

Its better nowadays because of double glazing and you don't hear it as much, but years ago during those storms we didn't have double glazing and I had panic attacks.
