Get divorced, if it was the only thing that had kept you together?

Otherwise, love what you still have.

"Get divorced, if it was the only thing that had kept you together?

Good answer, I'm in that situation myself, some people just don't seem to understand that there should be more to a marriage than just sex.

Love what you still have. And if you still need sex, I would add... get it elsewhere, with a clear conscience, and ignore the critics who will never understand.

That's all well and good if you get it from someone who doesn't get hurt when they are being used..

Every marriage is different. I didn't have sex with my husband for almost 2 years. I didn't feel like I had to "cope" with that because I loved and understood him.

There have been quite a few threads on this recently. There doesn't seem to be one way to deal with it from what I've read and none of the suggestions seem to have been successful.

True, though paying for it is of course an option. But maybe there's someone out there who likes to help out in situations like this, just knowing that she'd be doing a good deed that would be greatly appreciated!

Doesn't seem to live around here though...

I don't think there are many women who want to have sex with a guy as a good deed or to help out. You make us sound like service providers with a charitable status

Free prostitute. Women that fuck men out of the goodness of their hearts.

I thought a "free prostitute" was someone who fucks without any social interaction?

A woman who meets a nice guy in a sexless marriage, only socially at first, then has sex with him because she likes him and actually wants to help, cannot reasonably be described as a "free prostitute" by that definition. They're doing it because they like each other.

I'm interested, why do you think you are in need of help? Why isn't just liking you and wanting to have sex enough?

People meeting and having sex because they like each other isn't the same as someone having sex 'as a good deed'.

Well, of course it would be nice if marital status wasn't a factor! But with so many genuinely single guys to choose from, a lot of women will avoid men in sexless marriages for various reasons - maybe because they think "cheating is immoral", or maybe they just don't want to risk getting involved in a situation they don't fully understand. Which is fair enough, but it does create difficulties for us.

There will be those who don't mind, and perhaps a few who actually prefer married guys (more stable, more discreet). And possibly some who do specifically enjoy the fact that they are helping another person to experience sex when they would otherwise be unable to: out of kindness, or maybe they get off on his gratitude! If I ever meet such a woman, I'll ask her.
