Just walking through the city centre when a young girl (?15) stops me to tell me that her mother had agreed to her having her belly button pierced but, as an adult, could I just go to the piercing place with her to sign the consent form.

Obviously the answer was no before you even ask.

lolscary world we live in if this is true..

i know some 15 yr olds can be confident but id deffo not go up to a man and ask,, possibly a woman.
