I saw Guardians of the Galaxy 2 earlier.

I think you win on the sentimental stakes! I just like mindless 'leave your brain at the door' popcorn movies on a Bank Holiday.

Wasn't there a bit of controversy about animal welfare in this film?

Animal welfare - a dog drowned or nearly drowned apparently during filming ... or so I read. Hit the box office takings in the States on opening weekend I think
