So who would be interested in a site like this?

Beautiful area and quite remote. Enough room for 12 caravans/motorhomes and around 10 5 berth tents.

Good exterior security with double fencing 1 of which is paneled to protect privacy. Secure entry only by keycard.

On site amenities are standard campsite at the moment with a view to being upgraded to suit the lifestyle.

Firstly who would be interested?

Secondly what amenity would you like to see (there us no hot tub ATM)

Thoughts please, is this a viable and diverse business oportunity remembering that it would an adults only site

Camping and swinging my two fav things.

It would have to have ehu for me I like my home comforts sounds an ace idea though if you had the play spaces and ran weekend events I'm sure it would be a success

Good idea but we don't think the site would be big enough. The problem is what if you had two couples on site and ten single males, and we wouldn't go to a site not knowing who's going to be there, would like to socialise etc on the site and like to choose carefully who we play with, otherwise you go dogging. You would have to say couples only and organised groups perhaps would be better bet... If so we would use it.

Surely the site owners can have a prearranged booking system and so can filter the people coming a bit in order to avoid that sort of scenario?

So it would be by strictly booking only. In time we would aim to host events including fetish weekends ect.

Single guys would be VERY limited unless they were invited as part of an organised event.
