Just woke up and saw this post!

I do sometimes have a bit of a nap after my dinner. Especially if I had a hard day! Always makes me feel great. Doesn't stop me from getting to sleep at night... Head touches the pillow and I'm gone (must to the annoyance of Mrs R!) lol

Ive been and come back, was last week :D.. was only a long weekend down Cornwall, but yes ive fallen in love with it. Stunning just doesn't describe it. Blistering hot and amazing coastline and beaches. Heaven x
