Secure video upload places

Basically I need somewhere that I can upload videos to for my Master to download them from..

Normally we use my blog but I have one that is to big and I have tried shrinking it..

So where is good for using.. I may have to just set up a ftp server on my laptop but wondered if there were any other ideas..

WOuld need to be password protected..

If you google Any video converter - FREE and download it, you could convert your movie to MP4. or use windows movie maker and split the movie into 2 halves.

Dowload - Buffalo Advantage - Secure LockWare (Its free)This will encrypt your video with a password of your choosing. Your Master also downloads the software, and can unlock the encrypted file when you have given him the password and sent the file via mail or dropbox..

Email wont send them as they are to big..and the reason I want them passworded is so the world doesnt.. as if I put something up for the world to see then it certainly isnt for free.

I will look at dropbox.. as heard of it.. File is 222mb

Assuming your video is AVi, converting to MP4 will make it a much smaller file. Encrypting it also will make sure no one who does not have the password can see it.

Thanks all.. and it is an avi file.

While Master is away we are playing with me recording rather than Master watching on cam.. and I just need a way for him to view the playtimes

I think I should set up an ftp though.. or give Master remote access to this pc.. lol

I'd be tempted to put it on a memory stick, encrypt the file and stick it in the post - recorded delivery. Send the decryption info separately.

Once you entrust stuff to the www you really have no absolute control over what happens to it.

I had wanted to do Master a dvd of my fun while he was away.. but I can not post it to him while he is away, and he does not want to wait.
