The epic failure the London garden bridge is cancelled. £Millions of public funds were thrown at this folly.

The plugs been pulled I understand because the public would have become increasingly liable for all of the risks and lack of funding.

From first hearing this, it appears the London mayor has scrapped support and risks of having to fund the shortfalls. Joanna Lumley, Boris Johnson and George Osborne were behind it originally
