I recently got turned down from a meet due to growing a beard. I contemplated shaving it off for the meet but decided to keep it! Opinions welcomed!

Personally I find it a bit sad to change part of yourself to suit someone else so I'm glad you didn't shave it off.

Shave it off when and if you want to, not for anyone else, especially not for someone on here.

I've had my beard for 10+ years and I doubt it's ever coming off.

If someone turns me down because of it then they're not the ones for me! =)

I've got a beard (and not the 'stubble but I call it beard to be cool' kind). Some like it, some don't. Just down to personal preference

personally I am not a fan of men with beards so if someone on here contacted me and sent me a face pic, showing the beard, then I'd just say 'not my type, thanks' ..

This is just another yes, no, maybe, sometimes.

Some people love them, others hate them. The best suggestion is whatever looks best/you like, I'd not be changing my appearance for someone just as I wouldn't expect them to for me
