Thank you, we both had a great time and we were both really good, so hopefully we haven't gained anything, but we'll see on Wednesday

We went to Kusadasi in Turkey, 30+ everyday, we did loads of walking and swam a bit too, off a boat. We had a superb time and would recommend it to anyone. Must be one of the few unspoilt uncommercialised resorts in turkey

we went away the week before and wasn't good at all had loys of naughty stuff but only put on 1 1/2 lb i was gob smacked so with all ya walking n being good bet ya gonna get a lovely surprise

Personally I think with holidays, yes you do eat more than normal, but with walking, swimming etc you do tend to lose weight, or at least I always do.

we only went for the week and so couldn't get everything in. We hope to go back next year, or even later on this year if I can get a job to pay for it It's on our list of things to do when we go back though.
