Can someone please tell us what the difference is between a "couple" and a "professional" couple, and how do we become a professional couple ourselves

A professional couple are two people who get paid to be together... coupling is their profession.

You get to be a professional couple through lots of hard work and training and then apply for positions like everybody else does.

It's really down to your occupation or "profession."

Some couples use the word so as to politely state that they are educated and in a profession rather than an occupation.

But Wilma and Myself are both in professions both qualified to do our job's.

We don't like class distinctions or segregation, we are human just like anyone else, we got our "professional qualifications" by hard work (no university or scholarship) we were neither of us great shakes at school but we worked to attain our skills.

WE see ourselves as earthly people who like mainstream thing's just like anyone of us do,.

I sometimes get a hint of snobbery when people use the term professional. Not sure what prowess of your employment status has to with swinging. Especially when it is used in a title or first few words of a discription. I suppose people use it when they seek only other 'professional types'. Which is fair enough.

I've seen profiles that state "I'm a military guy" or "I'm a truck driver" using the word "professional" is just another way of describing yourself.

I know it makes some people angry but I can't see why. If it bothers you, pass the profile by..

Professional to me just makes me think it will cost money.

Tbh I grew up in a world where we socialised with millionaires and the cleaners, and every job inbetween. I don't give a flying fuck if you earn a tonne of money or are on the dole. My only rule is don't be a dick

Correct!

By using the word "professional" it becomes somewhat subjective.

Some regard that working in any job that they are trained to do means that they are professional.

In another context some would see it as a way of describing themselves as being in a better job which would in itself be described as a profession, (teacher, lawyer, etc), and by using this word they are merely stating that the type of swingers they are looking for would also be professional.
