So I was eating an oatmeal raisin cookie. Or three... And I thought to myself. Oatmeal raisin cookies should 've considered a part of a balanced breakfast

Oats butter (dairy) eggs (protein)

Raisins (fruit)

So why not

Depends on who makes them. Possibly full of sugar and trans fats if bought from a shop.

Too much sugar and transfats, oats are just oats, raisins are just raisins, eggs are just eggs but oat cookies have lots of other Shit in them too. XXX

Butter

Raisins

Vanilla extract

All purpose flour

Salt

Baking soda

Eggs

White sugar

Brown sugar

Sugar is kinda bad

But if you're very active your body will burn that off quick
