okay.... i am off work with "man-cold/flu".. i blame the cold snap as i had been fine fighting it for ages but it taken a turn...

so anyone know any good remedies...i and sneezing like no ones business and i am on the lemsip max and i can't breathe out of my nose!!!!

so if anyone can send a nurse (must be female.... and i mean female female) over the chez fabs for give me loads of tlc.... i might think bout putting you in my will... failing that you get to go on the ultra exclusive _abio "xmas card list"......

I find vit c tablets ,the dissolvable ones help me get over colds/flu quicker.Also ecchanaecia is supposed to be a good supplement.

Paracetamol, lucozade orange, olbas oil a little on your pillow and some in hot water.

Hot steamy bath or shower to help open you up a bit and honestly if you can just lots of rest and sleep

Seriously Fabio, try rubbing a little Vicks on the soles of your feet, put your socks and shoes on and off to work.

It's no cure but it really does make you feel better
