My God it's hard work on here.

There just to many guys on here and to many pretenders..

Or not enough ladies to look at it from another perspective...

I attribute my lack of success to the fact that I'm unimaginative in my messages to the ladies (not that I've messaged any in yonks), and I'm unattractive to boot. My lack of success is down to me and the way I conduct myself not the numbers of other guys on here! . Later in the Summer I might actually start making an effort again ..

A quick search of my local area (within 5 miles) of people aged 41-42 reveals there are 15 women and 193 men wanting to meet the opposite gender. I can't use a wider age range because it just comes up as over 300 men and doesn't give an exact figure.

You can do similar to see the gender difference in your area by using the advanced search.

So you don't think that because men vastly outnumber women..thats not a real reason a lot of men don't get meets? . Women have way too much to choose from so imo that is definitely a fact as to why it can be hard at times. Yes it obviously comes down to how you conduct yourself in messages etc but ultimately that isn't the deciding factor. I like to think I conducted myself reasonably well when I started and try to continue to do so now..but at times it can still be difficult because if the amount of mail a woman gets.
