I'm very open minded on nut choice.

The only one I would really come down hard on is the cocoanut.

The work to reward ratio is too in favour of work. So fuck em! Fuck cocoanuts!

I think it's only fair in these modern times to include seeds.....

I know someone must buy them because I've seen inquisitorial shoppers fondling the packets whilst queuing for the checkout in Lidl

I like to mix my nuts, when eating with dried fruit, or grapes.

Stand alone nuts do nothing for me.

Lidl made an ingenious decision to put their seeds and nuts by the checkout. They are the two items I frequently forget. We have seeds on our salads, in the dressing.

Just the humble peanut for me in all its forms..

Salted and roasted, raw, in satay sauce, peanut butter, a starbar or crushed and sprinkled on pad that or on an icecream..
