The word Lingerie is defined as women's underwear so calling it male lingerie doesn't make sense.

Perhaps it could be referred to as lingerie666.

Lingerie specifically designed for men tends to leave me a bit meh. I like simple clingy boxers on a guy; something about how they cling to the hipbone, draw attention to the thighs and conceal yet highlight bums and genitals just visually works.
