Sarah " Was not overly impressed with Chocolate Gin.......Hendrick's is super, if you are close enough the Bombay Sapphire plant where they infuse the grain spirit at Whitchurch near Andover iis well worth a visit and will certainly take you a bit further down the Gin Journey | |||

"It's all about the tonic !!! 3/4 of a gin and tonic is TONIC So get the best you can ... Fever tree !! We were introduced to fever tree last year when we had monkey 49 gin , teas lovely so we only ever have gin with fever tree " I rather like a Fentiman's tonic.
