I put some camp coffee in it to try and disguise the flavour....... Then i poured the whole lot away.

I used to make my own.... It has a distinct tangy taste to it lol

I used to out it in green smoothies to take the taste away.

You can get water kefir grains as well.

I'm trying it in the yoghurty drink form. I'd had the other pukey liquid before and didn't like it.

I'm looking at pre-biotics too as I keep getting ill with silly things. I just can't work out which ones to get and they're too expensive to try them all.

In Eastern Europe people use a lot of that- as a drink for special meals or to prepare salad, similar to natural yoghurt, just a drink. I like it and it's healthy

It's probiotic not prebiotic but kefir is synbiotic so you get a hit of both.
