A question for the ladies. How come your bum pictures always look so good whereas mine look like i am a contortionist? Is there a special bum picture taking angle?

Not a lady so maybe I don't count. You've only got one bum pic up, but I'd say try from a lower angle? Try pushing your chest forward but your butt back? I dunno, I just press take and hope really.

Regardless of the camera position, arch your back so your bum sticka out a bit. Fleshes out the cellulite, makes it look more rounded and the perspective makes your waist look smaller. Not that I've ever taken such a pic, obviously...

I find it most difficult to take a pic of my bum too, on my own that is. I can never get the angle or effect I've got in my mind quite right and I'm not really happy with any of my bum photos.

Yet there are loads of lovely women on here who seem to have perfected that particular art. I shall be perusing this thread for tips later!

I prop my phone up on a shelf or cabinet usually. However I now have a cheap tripod and remote control for my iPhone that really help.

You have some great pics on

most of mine are a camera on a tripod with a good self timer. But as the young lady said you can get fantastic pics with your phone

As for angles touch your toes or lean forward onto a chest of drawers

It's difficult to get a good one holding the camera, best set up on a tripod or something at about hip height.

My tip is to take a video rather than individual pictures, do a few poses then screen-cap the best frames.
