It sure is awesome getting some great bargains on a nice day like today, isn't it?

After a nice morning at the car boot sale, I came home with some great bargains. I got a few DVDs for £1 each, a ps2 game for £1, series 4 of doctor who for £2, a couple of shirts for £1.50 each and the best bargain of all was a pool table for £8 which is an excellent bargain really and I'm glad I bought it.

What was the best ever bargain you ever bought at a car boot sale?

We went to a car boot sale this morning, too!

We got some duck eggs since we've never tried them. They were surprisingly cheap. So it's a duck egg omelette for me tomorrow, and duck eggs and venison sausages for Marc.

Not the best bargain but a few years ago I got a blue kettle for 50p from a car boot but when it boiled the end but flew off and nearly took my eye out so I shined it up put it on a wheelie bin outside and someone nicked it, I often wonder if there is a one eyed person walking round West Yorkshire who had an unfortunate incident with a blue kettle!

We managed to fit the pool table into the car. It's not a proper big table but it is a decent pool table which is good

Love a good car boot sale. Got my son a Coalport Simpson figurine once for a surprisingly small amount. All boxed with certificates. Lots more bargains as well x

Our son once bought a mini bike for a fiver at a boot sale. While he was riding it round the site a guy approached him and offered him £20 for it, which he accepted.

Fred does car boots but selling more than buying, lots of buyers out this week as he more than doubled his usual.

My best buy was a large mirror for 50p
