ive added an address and its saying offline

but this week have had trouble signing in came up msn was having problems so it may be that

It depends, i very rarely add anyone but some go through ok and some come up with an automatic block on

yeah we tried to block and then unblock each other.. but still both showing as offline.

we can exchange emails though.

We had it the other week, tried signing out and in again, rebooting comp, sending an offline message.

Sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt - bloody thing

Have you both tried signing off and then on again

I was showing as offline last night to someone but to me I was showing online,logged off and it was ok after that

I once had to remove a contact and add them again to make it work. Hope you get it sorted.
