You've done all the training. Ran hundreds of miles in all conditions, at all hours. Blisters. Aches and pains. You've questioned your sanity at times. Today is the day all of that effort, discipline, and graft pays off. Go smash it!

Massive amounts of good luck to everyone running this year's London Marathon.

I'm not doing it this year, but do plan on doing it once, done a half marathon this year and im on my weight lose and running journey now, so I think London in a couple of years. I can and I will.

should be a good one.... with the weather being perfect at the top end they should be super fast times and london is a super fast legal course

the men if they are on form may go under 2:05:00
