I have a new profile..i am a site supporter on it. I have paid. I have veris and am photo verified. Why cant i post on forums from it?

Is it something to do with more than one profile being set up from my phone?

Its so frustrating!

Yes had it over 6months the new one. This is an old profile. We aren't together anymore so i set up a new account but i cant post from it

just message them anyway. they did reply to me to say they got it sorted, that just means they might not have time to reply.
