Jaffa Cakes is I can never just have 1..or 2...............or even 3

.....screw it I can't just have 6 either

So.....what can't you just have 1 of? Because 1 always leads to more or even the whole packet!

I could very happily eat a whole packet of Jaffa cakes in one go, but that probably also applies to a whole heap of other sweet things like Pink and White wafers, Hotel Chocolat chocolates, chocolate coated ginger biscuits as once I start I've barely got any willpower at all

Jaffa cakes are like the milky way (bar, not the galax) of cakes and biscuits - full of air. This means that there's probably only 1.5 calories in a whole pack, so nothing to worry about. They are also very tiny, so are kid sized treats.

I'd struggle to just eat one. So they're avoided at the shops.
