CoA... have you been taking Siren Pills? She's a gibbering wreck at best at the moment, and does a passable impression of Niagra Falls at worst.

is it time of the month coming ?? are you taking vitamins ...... when i get low i start taking them and really help me , I am drinking the new Glaceau vitamin water really nice drinks and full of lots of things the body needs. xxx

thanks jo, maybe should take a few vitamins and yes that time of month and hormones are up the left. someone who shall remain nameless just sent me PM and im giggling away here now xxx

you go get some vitamins theres a really good one all in- one the well-woman ..... find it helps me so much .. x if i am low.

thank you feeling better now, went shopping bought 2 new tops and playsuit and a pair of jeggings and 2 new pairs of shoes
