FabSwingers.com forum: urgent photo recovery help required

I took some really good photos yesterday... my playmate put them on a disk for me.. I got home... shrank two for email for my master and then due to having a million things to do opted to edit all the rest later on.

Sit down to do it.. and while if you click on the disk it knows its not empty... it says nothing is on there.

Now I've also viewed all the photos on my pc.. so I know technically they should be lurking somewhere... but is there anyway I can get the images recovered from the cd....

This is very important as with the images my master will have missed out and It's on par with being unfaithful...

That's taking the Dom/sub relationship to the extreme a bit. How can you possibly be responsible for a CD drive that won't read the CD you put into it. It's hardly being unfaithful.

Nevermind, to eliminate your pc from the equation, try putting the CD into another machine and see if it can be read on that one. If so, then something on that CD isn't compatible with your main pc. Transfer the files from the CD onto the pc that can read it, then transfer the files to a Flash drive (memory stick). Then put them on your main PC.

or search the main computer (harddrive) for the title of the picture if stored in the computers memory it will find it !!

try doing a search on your hardrive for whatever format the pics are in, .jpg for example, they may be in a temorary cache folder somewhere as you have viewed them,

gfailing that as said try the CD in another PC it may be your frive thats faulty not the CD.

Also, does your playmate have copies they could email/snail mail to you?

I had already tried it in 2 pcs.. and I didnt say Master would see it as being unfaithful but that I felt it was on par with it.. and my relationship is very serious to me and this was the first time I had played without Master watching on cam or there in person.. So me messing up was a big thing.. Me playing without getting the evidence makes it to me like going behind Masters back as where is the pleasure shared.

And no I am not responsible.. but if I had copied the photos when I first got in and took off one or two teaser photos I wouldnt have had this problem.. So it came down to poor organisation on my part.

I replied in private by accident to the comment about stored on the cache..

And yes..but its a regular playmate or I would have not got him to do so.. it was me trying to be clever and get some really good quailty photos as when you shrink them for email they are never as good..

Lessons have been learnt.. just wait now to see my fate on this matter..

However, photos should go a long way to making it a not so harsh punishment.
