Depends on the context in my view and all is not black and white. Many with gender dysphoria use this in their profiles. I think most people are discreet but some are not. Do we trust everyone to be discreet? - just a thought but I just reply yes to answer your question.

I have a lodger when I'm in London, who works for the same employer. I travel a lot for work so it's handy to have someone trustworthy to keep an eye on the place, when I'm away. However, the relationship does require me showing discretion with my play, especially if it involves meeting a couple. Life isn't always simple.

I've never understood this. Sometimes I guess people share with a landlord and there are rules about bringing people home. But mostly people are "I share with my mates so we can't go there". Do your mates not know you enjoy sex?"

Maybe it is a jealousy thing, they don't get it as often.
