Proper hero's. Yes they volunteer and in time get the chance for a reasonable salary. But they do a tough, tiring at times thankless job facing incredible scrutiny.

Our society needs to recognise far more what doctors nurses and the whole system does for us...and appreciate them.

One said he studied hard for it, but then when working with it, it was too hard and he is now thinking of leaving.

They interviewed another and she said it is stretched to the max and they couldnt survive without workers from oversea.
