I doubt it will get any traction, but it would be wonderful to see him in court.

Im available for jury duty if they need me to give an impartial vote against the murdering, lying piece of shit

yes,i feel the same, don't really see it going anywhere, but if it smears his name enough to stop wankers paying him millions to do speeches,then its worth it.

Maybe as a private prosecution, you dont have to prove as high a burden of guilt?

It'll hurt his ego thats for sure.

Did you see the Robert Lindsay drama where he played Bliar being tried for war crimes? Great show!

i've not got TV so not seen it.

you all know civil prosecutions mean he won't be classed as a criminal? he can't be as it's not a state prosecution and only they can declare someone a criminal.

At the risk of stating the obvious, it wasn't Tony Blair's decision, it was a Cabinet decision backed up by a vote in Parliament.

I'm by no means apologising for the decision to go to war but only pointing out that you can't single out any one person. The decision was a collective one.

When parliament refuses, as it did with Syria, then the PM simply can't order the action.
