it doesn't cure erectile disfunction,

but if you can get it up it helps keep it hard when sometimes it can go limp and makes it swell bigger in girth, helps to prolong ejaculation, and when you do cum you have a bigger better orgasm,

you need to find the right size first, if its too loose it wont work very well if atall, too tight and it will get very uncomfortable very quickly and could cause you vascular damage,
