That's pretty shit I like to get 4 in at least, 5 or 6 is even better but my work patterns really f**k with my system.

Most of the time nothing keeps me up I just like to sleep in the day more than at night.

They are doing as i keep having to rewrite lots of words!!

I read not long ago that people just to sleep in stages, they would go to bed earlyish, then wake for a few hours, at which time they'd do chores or have sex then go back to sleep so the practice of sleeping for a straight 8hrs is actually quite new..
