Can you go back to sleep after though?

I have such an irritating sleeping pattern. On a weekday when I'm my 6am alarm goes off I could so easily fall back to sleep, but on days off I always naturally wake up at 6 and am wide awake? KMN!

Bugger all. Calorie counting really restricts a picnic but it's easier to know what you've eaten if you make rather than buy
