I have curves in what I consider to be the right places but as a by product of that I have curves in places I don't want them as well. So I dress for my curves and for my podgy bits. I also have to dress appropriately for the situation so I'm not all cleavagey at work, for example. I do like my shape generally but I'm not 'proud' of it, other than making an effort to lose weight it's genetics that have given me the curves so pride would be misplaced.

Is there a reason some of you feel the need to put down one type of woman to boost another?

I wouldn't call myself curvy but I get what you mean by the thread. I'm lucky not to have any body confidence issues despite the best intentions of a witch or two on here telling people I look bigger in real life - well durrr my pictures on here are tiny!

I'm not a fan of flaunting it in public. My figure is best flattered with well fitted dresses.

In a club I wouldn't troll around naked any longer than it takes to get out of the hot tub and put a towel on. However, the right sexy skimpy outfit doesn't seem to put anyone off their breakfast.

I opened this up because Betty is very self conscious of her size and I was hoping this would show her that all bodies no matter the size, shape or colour are beautiful, but due to narrow mindedness and some people's need to belittle others I seem to have wasted my time

I am a big girl and I am not 100% happy with the way I look. I am working on it though. However I am very lucky that I have a man that loves me, no matter what I look like. He isn't a one off. Lots of people are this way.

To me what makes a person attractive is that look in their eyes. That little glint that hints of something deeper. Has lips that are just begging to be kissed.

I opened this up because Betty is very self conscious of her size and I was hoping this would show her that all bodies no matter the size, shape or colour are beautiful, but due to narrow mindedness and some people's need to belittle others I seem to have wasted my time

I'm not sure having a particular body shape is something to be proud of. ..unless you've put a lot of effort in to get it looking a certain way? With that in mind I'm not proud. I'm in acceptance at the moment.

I'm neither proud nor ashamed of my body. I've been all shapes and sizes as an adult, and loved myself equally.

Yes they should!

Fab can be a great place for women to develop body confidence - as ladies of all shapes and sizes from very slim to very large do well on here!

You do - however - have to be prepared to take the rough with the smooth, and accept that a tiny minority may take pleasure in contacting you just to insult you! It's only happened to me once - but I'm aware it's happened to others too! Just embrace the positives and ignore the negatives and you'll be fine op!
