I love piercings on a lass,especially nipple piercings one or both is always better than neither,but prefer rings to bars when it comes to nipple piercings.I've got one of mine pierced and it didn't increase or decrease sensitivity

I had both done but now I only have one in because when my daughter was a baby she got her finger stuck in my nipple ring and it hurt like buggery! So I took that one out as it was the side I preferred to carry her on and I've just never had it redone.

I have one done, just for the difference in playing with each side! So one side can take a bit more roughness, you don't need to be careful with it, and the other needs to be delicately touched and caressed

I had both done about 10 years back but recently stopped wearing them after a couple of incidents which nearly ripped them out.

Sensitivity increases a lot even after you stop wearing them...
