If they've previously corresponded with people or they're on their friends list etc then the block doesn't work. So maybe they're reaching out to friends / previous meets only?

Or indeed, as suggested above, attention seeking prick teasers!

If they've previously corresponded with people or they're on their friends list etc then the block doesn't work. So maybe they're reaching out to friends / previous meets only?

Could be an innocent mistake... I recently asked an old acquaintance why it'd taken them so long to get in touch on here... turns out I've blocked unverified people from messaging, he'd had to wait to get a veri till he could get in touch

thinking about this it is kind of a site fault, if someone has men blocked they shouldn't have their status show up on the homepage to any men? i don't think the site does this as of now but not sure.
