I'd never had KFC but got dragged to one after some slight alcoholic merriment one evening -- I thought the "bucket" was the equivalent of a McD "happy meal" -- I was wrong.

So. Much. Friggin'. Chicken.

We don't do Mcdonald's, it's really odd but I've heard quite a few parents say that they had to take their children several times before they liked it - that's just mental!! We let ours go once, they didn't like it so never been back.

KFC is like eating greasy salty poison

Hull

Subway by a mile;

KFC is so loaded with fat, you may as well have the fat dispensed into the cups directly!

Macdonalds are a bit better but not by much.

As for the other alternative. Burger King, their food is partially cooked, then finished in a microwave oven, so bread products taste awful, portion sizes of sides are small compared to competitors and service is at one speed, namely dead slow!

Plus at Subway, you can see the food prepared in front of you.

I once had a KFC and it was nice. I kept going back and back as it was treat. I then became disappointed but kept going back in the hope that it'd become nice again but I was wrong. I held on in vain hope that they were just blips, that it was a bad day at the office for them. But 3 years later and with fewer and fewer visits, just last week I tried them again. I got a pinch of shedded lettuce, some ungratefully starchy bread and some chicken that must have been laying on the counter, reserved only for people that they try to put off coming back.

This isn't to mention the fries. The fries were the best thing. You only got a few of them, they were small, thick and square but you only needed a few. Now they are long, thin wafey french fries that you get in any dank chain. I'm so glad I have saved my money and cut here, as if I was eating at these places regularly, I might not have noticed what shit they are peddling.
