I get that with the Berocca type stuff. Quite alarming at first

What is this wellman stuff? Isn't a normal healthy diet better?

Devizes

I remember having berroca once. Went to the gents and it was a white trough style urinal. Made the mistake of going the opposite end of the drain so there was a full on orange river of urine. Got some funny looks!

I just started running recently, to improve my fitness level, and improve my resting heart rate (got one of those wristband monitors for Father's Day, and didn't like how high my resting heart rate was), but it was a bit of a shock, waking the body back up, and just felt like I needed a bit of help

No one is judging just giving advice. I'm 48, exercise reguarly, eat a good diet but also eat my fair share of crap (but in moderation and on my terms), drinks lots of water and enjoy my alcohol. My resting heart rate is 54 bpm. No vitamins required.

Central

Most vitamin supplements end up being unused vitamins and cash flushed down the toilet. We generally do not need them
