After running out of any type of butter or spread to put on my toast this morning and having to have it just with jam (bad start to a nice day!) . It made me think what is the preference of the people of fab - Proper butter or spread on your toast?

Mines proper butter!

Ps- Your flavoured topping and how well you like your toast done is for another day!! Lol

Proper butter in moderation. Never buy spreads, contain trans fatty acids, it's one molecule from bring plastic. Even flies don't eat it.

Homemade butter is best.
