So as I have a fairly rare bloody type of A Negative I was looking into bloods and stories about them..

Apparently as an A negative I shouldnt eat any nightshade veg which is potatos, tomatoes, chillis, peppers and another I cant remember.

Also that I am a descendent of fallen angels (well lucifer is one so makes sense for me)

Has anyone else come across these for their blood group, do you follow any dietary advice for them and exactly how many know what their blood group is?

I'm much rarer with AB negative

Someone once suggested about blood groups and foods, in particular about mucous production and that the A's, A's and AB's tend to produce more.

I did some reading around but there is little substantiated eveidence that eating specific foods can make any difference.

I'm A positive and just had a quick google and found out something I didn't know.

A ppsdotivd is a very common blood type and basically people with a positive bloody types are more likely to have weight issues because we can't metabolise fat and protein as well as any other blood type and we convert carbohydrates into sugars at an higher metabolic rate than other blood types

Does explain a lot for me as I always gain weight if I overdose on the carbs, no wonder, as it sounds like I'd be better off eating a spoonful of sugar than eating carbs
