It really annoys me. My ex very kindly drove the boys all the way back down here yesterday so he has stayed the night. The boys are up and playing, thought I'd get a crafty hour or two is sleeping in, but I can't due to the sound of the pneumatic drill coming from the room next door i's forgotten how bad it was!

Ha! Missed rant Thursday and if you could hear the snoring you would forgive my cheekiness as trying to sneak in a day late!!

Oh I used whack him quite a lot when we were married (although technically we still are), but Jesus I could actually resort to murder!!

Traffic land

Oh I don't miss that! My ex used to fall asleep on the sofa and I'd be in bed and his snoring would wake me from downstairs

Mind you, I've had a horrible cold this week and could probably give him a run for his money

...

I find a strategically placed pillow works well

Apply firm pressure until the snoring subsides

Does anyone have some iron clad remedies for snoring?

I've found that if I'm full up before I got to bed then I'll snore so try and not eat at least 3 hours before bed.

Also, I find sticking your head under a towel and breathing in steam to clear the sinuses help too, as does decongestant tablets and nasil sprays.

Coupled with the "I'm shattered" after less than a week with his children, I'm very grrrr! This morning!

Oh god one of those types. Mind you at least he has them. My ex hasn't seen our 3 for 7 months and has never had them to look after. His girlfriend doesn't like the fact they don't like her.

The sad thing is he spends more time with them now than when we were together.

That's awful!! I know I am lucky that he does see them.

But that's great for the kids. Good that you can still be civil. Yes it's been a very frustrating couple of years, but they have me and I'm not going anywhere x
