Retirement Village

Open question to all - have you ever noticed someone and not looked twice but then they make one change about their appearance and you cant stop looking?

I know it may be thought of as shallow but the local petrol station to me has someone working there who i hadn't noticed but today she is a red head and i couldn't stop stareing

So has this happened to you? Did you say anything or just like me admired with your jaw on the floor

I had a male friend who had long hair for years, he got it cut shorth and all the girls in our group turned into babbling idiots around him. No one had noticed how handsome he was before

I lost 5 stone and cars stop more often for me on pedestrian crossings now. That's the only difference I've personally noticed having changed one thing about my appearance.

Quite a few people have mentioned how less blumming crazy I look when I don't go walking wearing my goat hat , but I love it too much

One guy who was absolutely lovely used to be pretty chubby and had fairly long curly hair. I was infatuated with him but my friends called him a loser. We were very close to becoming an item but someone stirred trouble for us. Now he's lost the weight, had his hair cut and all the women plague him. As a result, he's turned into a stuck up arsehole who thinks he's god's gift

A very ordinary looking woman would regularly have coffee in town , generally sitting in the same spot most days . This went in for months , and she was always alone . Anyway , one day not so long ago , she arrived and had changed enormously . She had gone all goth , short black skirt , black blouse unbuttoned to waist , black bra , black jacket , new rock boots and blue hair . A complete transformation . I was sitting with some female friends opposite the cafe she was in , and every one of them commented on her look . I didn't realise it was the same woman for a few moments , but needless to say , I couldn't keep my eyes off her as the look is just what I like .

No idea what prompted her transformation , but she's never on her own any more , she seems to have gotten a whole lot more attention and friends now
