Be gentle with yourself.

Have a look at the 'All By myself' threads, there's two -- people shared a lot of their feelings around loneliness and it was quite uplifting in showing how normal these feelings are.

That's the worst bit about a break up,I could deal with daytime but took ages to handle the nights,it does get better in time x
